   2. Once you have found the product/products you would like a quote for, complete the form opposite, making sure you include the SKU, basic product description, SRP and QTY required for each product. Example:

   3. You will receive an email with a quote at the exclusive LOA price.

   4. If you wish to proceed, then respond and request an invoice. You can then transfer the payment via BACS (only payment method available).

   5. For items in stock (indicated on the website) you should receive the product within 2-3 working days.

You must determine that the product you order meets your requirements by doing your own research. We do not give product advice. Returns are only available for legitimate warranty claims or if your receive the wrong product.
